I had a beautiful stay at Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun, enjoying the amazing beach and fantastic dining options. However, I was disappointed with the room situation at check-in, which soured the start of my trip. Overall, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making for a nice vacation.

The Junior Suite Ocean Front was spacious and offered excellent sea views, complete with a balcony and hot tub (which I loved!). However, I faced issues with my room assignment upon arrival, as I requested a king bed well in advance but was initially given a twin room. Thankfully, they moved me to a king room on day two, but this should be improved.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the reception to the dining areas. I particularly appreciated the genuine help from team members like Ty and Irma. Room service, which is available 24/7, also added to the convenience of my stay.

The food quality was excellent, truly some of the best I've experienced in an all-inclusive resort. However, I did have a rough start when my room request for a king bed wasn't honored initially, which is why I’m rating it a 9 instead of a 10.
